Abstract Submission Guidelines

You are invited to submit your work as a structured abstract for consideration by our Aerodigestive Society Research Committee. Committee members will score abstracts based on merit, and top ranked abstracts will be awarded a podium presentation. Abstracts not accepted for podium presentation will be guaranteed poster presentation space.

Please note, you are welcome to submit data/projects previously submitted to other societies’ meetings. We would love to learn about your work at the 7th Annual Contemporary Management of Aerodigestive Disease in Children meeting in Denver.

Abstract Submission Deadline TBA.

Abstracts should have the following structure and be limited to 250 words or less:

· List of authors

· Corresponding author

· Title

· Objectives

· Methods

· Results

· Conclusions

By clicking “submit” you acknowledge that you or a member of your team will be present to present your study, either on the podium or at a dedicated poster session, at the November 14-16, 2019 meeting in Denver. While the Aerodigestive Society does not retain ownership of the materials presented at the meeting, other societies’ submission guidelines may vary.

Please contact Katelynn Jennings at katelynn.jennings@ucdenver.edu for any abstract submission related issues.
